Mini package

We require £20.00 per person deposit on booking and full non
refundable payment of balance 7 days before arrival date. 

Day packages and overnight packages

A non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person is payable on booking, please note that this deposit is not transferable to another date. The balance is payable on day of package.

Please note, it is usual for overnight packages to include treatments
on the morning of the second day, guests should expect to stay at
Fieldways until late morning.

Time out package

£20.00 non refundable, non transferable  deposit per person is payable on booking, balance on day of package.

Additional treatments, upgrades or changes to treatments in packages:
14 days notice is required  

Cancellation of additional treatments,upgrades or changes:

24 hour notice is required, otherwise full payment will be charged 

Vouchers

Cancellation of a booking made by voucher is subject to 20% administration charge

Arrival time:

An arrival time will be given at the time of booking. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for treatments missed through late arrival.

Price and packages are subject to revision without prior notice.

PLEASE NOTE : Our packages are only available for adults over 16 years of age.

Room service

If room service is required an additonal charge of £3.00 per person per meal. Please note ,we only allow wine,beer and spirits which are purchased from
our wine bar to be consumed on the premises.
 
Day plan

A plan of your day or stay will be given to you on the day of your arrival.

What to wear

For your day or overnight stay we suggest you bring casual clothing. We do not require formal dress for evening meals. Swimming costumes will be required, we provide towels for bedrooms and the swimming pool, robes are not provided.Please note that jewellery will have to be removed for all treatments.We do not accept any responsibility for any personal items left in the hotel,club or treatment rooms.

Gymnasium

Our gymnasium is available for use by gym users at no extra cost. We ask for a disclaimer to be signed before use and insist on suitable clothing.If you wish to use the gymnasium please mention this when booking.

Medical information

Please mention at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions which may affect your treatments.  We may need written doctor or consultant permission before we are able to offer massage or treatments which contain massage. We may also ask that you sign a disclaimer form before treatments

are carried out. This also applies if you are still undergoing regular or annual checkups.We reserve the right to refuse to carry out treatments which we feel are not suitable.

Treatments not taken on bookings

We regret that it is not possible to offer a reduction for any treatments not taken during your stay.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure - a day light charge may be made if the bedrooms are held beyond this time.
